How we use data sent through this website
This notice describes data processing through the contact form and document upload.
Office chat
Conversations are stored privately for up to 90 days. The chat uses predefined automatic replies; messages are not sent to an AI provider. You can start without a form; your name is requested during the conversation. An email address is only requested for a follow-up reply. When you request team assistance during office hours or submit an email enquiry, the office receives a notification and conversation copy through Brevo. The team can reply in chat or by email. A necessary cookie keeps the conversation available on this device for 7 days; starting a new conversation replaces it. Please use the separate form to send documents.

Data we process
Your name, contact details, message, selected service and any files you choose to submit. The server may also process technical data required for operation and security.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to answer your request, review documents and prepare the steps you ask us to take. The legal basis may be pre-contractual measures, your consent and our legitimate interest in operating the website securely.
Sensitive documents
Documents may contain health, financial or other specially protected information. Send only what is necessary. By ticking the consent box, you expressly request that the attached files be processed in order to handle your enquiry.
Access and retention
Documents submitted through the form are sent to the office as email attachments through Brevo without permanent website storage. Copies remain in the office mailbox. We retain data only for as long as it is needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time; the request is processed without undue delay unless a legal retention duty applies.
Service providers
We use technical providers for hosting, storage and email notifications. They process data only to operate the service. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Public reviews
On the home page we display a selection of reviews published on Google and Facebook, based on our legitimate interest in presenting client experiences. Names are shortened, profile photos are not displayed and the source platform is identified. You may request removal of a review displayed on our website at any time.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may withdraw consent for the future. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority.
We do not embed Google Maps directly and currently use no analytics or advertising tools on this website.
