We are Klara Borso and Adrian Marin. We created the office so that the Romanian community in Germany can understand letters, institutions and seemingly complicated procedures more easily.

Do I need to visit the office?
Not always. Many requests can be prepared by phone, WhatsApp or through the secure form.
Can I send photographs of documents?
Yes. Photographs must be clear, complete and readable. You can send up to 25 files through the document form.
Do you provide legal or tax advice?
We provide administrative and language support. Where regulated advice is required, we work with authorised professionals or recommend contacting one directly.
Which languages do you support?
As a team, we communicate in Romanian, German, Hungarian and English.
Can I request deletion of my documents?
Yes. You may ask us to delete your data and documents. We process the request without undue delay unless a legal retention obligation applies.
